Neda loved to laugh. She loved shopping and was a sharp dresser. She dearly loved her grandchildren and was always sharing photos of them with anyone who around. She loved God and going to church and had many friends from her work as a nurse. She leaves behind her daughter, Quiana, and her son Ronald.
